There are over 500 different button based embellishment packs from DressItup, Buttons Galore and UK manufacturers. Some have shanks, many are flatbacked. They are ideal for cards, Memory Albums, scrapbooks, quilts, Cross-stitch, etc.
Any button with shanks can be made Flatbacked using our craft cutters, which have special a flat cutter.
Any button that is flatbacked can have a shank applied using item 2453 Button Shanks and your favourite adhesive. If the item is to be washed we recommend MagnaTac fabric glue.

Create a blush finish with your chalks or add full colour with your pens, pencils or crayons.
For a raised effect, place your material face down on the stencil; for a "deboss" effect, place the material "wrong" side down onto the strencil.Secure to the paper/card with a low tack tape. Trace around the stencil outline using your embossing tool or stylus. Remove stencil and tape carefully
To stencil, use your favourite stencil paint or coloured pencils. Keep your stencil clean with a damp rag for water based paint or a dry rag for oil-based paint
For a unique effect, try using a pin to punch evenly-spaced holes around stencil outline.

We accept credit card payment, but prices only include shipment to addresses within the UK.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet using our automatic encryption system that ensures that your data is not decrypted until it reaches our offices.
Regrettably due to the high admin costs we must make a charge of £1 for any orders under £60 requiring the "Invoice and pay before delivery" option
Shipping and Handling is not charged on orders to be delivered to mainland UK addresses.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands will all incur additional charges for items weiging 2 kilos or more. Please email for details of charges when you know what you want to order.

For orders for delivery outside the mainland UK, delivery time will be dependent on the method that you choose.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
